I have been trying to make quests for my server but i need NPCs to start them and there aren't any "useless" NPC addons. I don't need a shop addon, i need something like Citizens so i can interact with them. And before anyone suggests, no i won't switch to 1.13.2 cause i will lose a lot of addons and i can't make 12 holograms again, Thanks for the help!
Citizens1 or Citizens 2 for 1.14.4
