I come with a proposal to add the Skript plugin. Of course, there is the Skript plugin, but it doesn't work on versions 1.11+, and you can't do much in it, because there are additions, e.g. TuSKe, which requires a slightly newer version, e.g. 2.2, for the functions to work well. I suggest you add the Skript plugin from version 2.2 to 2.4.1. I think this proposal will be successfully resolved. Have a nice day!
