[Mod Request] Filtered Hopper

Hello Aternos Team,

Can you please add the Mod "Filtered Hopper"?

Filtered Hopper adds a block that behaves like a hopper, but allowing items in only if the filters defined in it allows it. The vice-versa can be done by powering the block. Pretty useful, I think.
