[Mod Request] Add simple scaled mobs mod 1.12.2

This mod adds mob levels increasing their attack and health when you spawn the starting level for mobs is 1 every 100 blocks the mob level increases the farther you adventure out in to your minecraft rpg world the tougher it gets this mod also adds a mob health overlay so you can see their hp this also affects other mods and dimensions making them harder than the over wold
