Make sure you have CraftBukkit or Spigot installed in order to be able to run plugins.

i know this aint on topic but most of my commands dont work and how to look at logs

Make sure you type the commands correctly and the plugins are activated. You can see your log at the "My Server" page by clicking on "Log".
