Add the Plugin Lorinths Rpg Mobs

I have found a plugin that I would like to add to my small server to complement it but at the time of looking for aternos it is not available so I have come to the Forum to ask if they can add it.

The Plugin is more or less simple and what it does is to place levels to the enemies to the purest style RPG and I need is the version for the 1.9.4
