Can't start my server

Please someone help I cant start my server at all. Console keeps bugging when it says "Starting" like all the plugins start to turn on (normal) then It just freezes the plugins that failed to load I just removed but then it was just saying "Finished in 6.001 seconds". I dont know if my explination is good but just pls someone help.

Looking back at this I see how bad my explanation is.

Explination: I start the server and it loads up normaly. It waits in the queue then starts to load. It finishes loading and it starts to turn on. It gets stuck on the "Starting" and never actually goes online. The taskbar thing loads up the plugins then says "Finished loading the server in 6.77 seconds" and remains on that and as I said never actually turns online.

When I said about the taskbar saying "Finished in 6.77 seconds" i checked it again and it actually says:

"Done (3.76 Seconds) For help type 'help' or '?'"

And when its on the "Starting" stage after a while it decides to turn off automatically and say 'Crashed'.

Can't be because it says 'Done (3.76 seconds) but if it is a buggy plugin or world then do you have any suggestions? We do have a buggy world were if we do /sethub then do /hub it says that the world is not found but other than that I don't speculate anything else.

I said I am not the owner meaning the things I can do is limited.

We found a way to get the server running again I asked the owner to put in a backup and now the server is running nice and smooth. I will contact you if anything goes wrong again but thank you Roman feel time to help me out with the situation.
