CANT MOVE A PLUGIN/FILE

i cannot move my plugins/folders thats a big dissapointment becouse i cant use plugins skywars ect.
please help

becouse lets say you have a skywars pllugin you need to create a shematic on world edit copy the map and it will automaticcaly go to the schematic folder but you need to move it to the skywars plugin if you didint understand me just type on youtube how to create a skywars server then you will know what i mean
