make plugins/files move able

please make plugins/files move able for plugin reasons thanks for reading

becouse lets say you have a skywars pllugin you need to create a shematic on world edit copy the map and it will automaticcaly go to the schematic folder but you need to move it to the skywars plugin if you didint understand me just type on youtube how to create a skywars server then you will know what i mean
