Hello guys,
I recently added a plugin to my server thats for mob heads, but it only works on OP... How do I allow non-OP to get the heads? I tried looking in the file itself but it doesnt say anything like that there...
Please send help!

use permissions plugins like Luckperms or Ultrapermissions. make sure you have EssentialsX and Vault too

I figured it out, it was not on the right software lol... I got something for spigot instead of paper/bukkit! now it works the way I want

It shouldn't matter whether the plugin is from songoda, spigot or bukkit on any of the plugin softwares
