Missing Mod?

I'm looking into starting a form of military style modded server and one important mod that I am looking into adding I cannot find on the Aternos platform, the mod is called "MCHeli". The preferable versions that I would like to be added would be 1.7.10 and maybe 1.12.2 if you could!
