Whenever I start the server it closes me when a minute or less passes. This has been going on for a day, and it's unbearable

Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the modification you last removed.

I reinstalled the server and the modpack, it fixed a lot of the problem but I still get timed out a couple of times when playing, it's much less than before so that's good. Is there anything else I could try to do to reduce the problem? Thank you for your help!

Time out can also come from instability of the network connection between the client and the server
