Worldedit plugin not working

I've been attempting to create a map for my server, worldedit needed unless I want to sink needless time into filling in a million blocks. I started the map building in singleplayer,but uploaded the save into my server worlds. The server is hosted in Spigot/Bukkit 1.14.4, but the worldedit I've installed seems to not be working. I've even checked my /plugins and still, absolutely nothing. Could anyone explain what the problem is and how I could fix it?

Funnily enough, I have. It's all sorted out now, but the reason it wasn't working was because I forgot to op myself. I am quite the klutz.
