Server keeps telling me to use a different version of applied energistics but when I do it tells me to switch back to the latest version

the main thing about removing a main mod is that it might corrupt the server so be careful while doing it. i tried to remove the mod lycanite's mobs one time and it corrupted my world and me and my friend had to restart our survival

Does adding mods cause the same issue because I plan on adding mods that I hadn't initially thoughit
it wont unless you dont have the exact same version of the mod on the client and server

Modifying the mod collection can always cause issues. That depends on the mods
