I am trying to use a plugin called GtzDoors, It works only for those with OP and the config just doesn't show up so I can't edit it so non-OPs will be able to use it.
I will attach a screenshot for you.

Did you restart the server after you've installed the plugin?

Yes, I have restarted the server several times.
No crashes from that plugin, as I said, it works but no config file and only OPs can use it.
