Hi Aternos. If I put a resource pack in my server, will it affect other players?

If you put a resource pack in your server, the server will ask everyone that joins whether or not they want to put on the resource pack.

Hi aternos. I entered yesterday to my server and then my friends, but the server did not ask them if they wanted or not the resource pack.
