How long can i keep my server running?

I recently started a new aternos server and then what happend is alot of people started joining and next thing you know it is running like 11 hours a day because of the friend access tab and there is always atleast 4 players on I have read about people not being able to keep it on 24/7 i am curious to know are we breaking any rules by keeping it on even though everyone on it is actively playing?
