Plugins are not being downloaded to my server. I click to download, when I finish I go to the plugins folder but it is not there! No plugin downloads.

Downloading plugins from https://spigotmc.org/ is currently not possible. Unfortunately the root cause is out of our control, so we can't really fix it.
We are working on a solution. There is no ETA when plugin download will work again.
Plugins from https://dev.bukkit.org/ or https://songoda.com/ should still work.

is this gonna fix within 2 days or within 3 weeks ? idk but we want to play but we cant enjoy it because we cant put the plugin we need but its ok good luck i hope you can fix it ATERNOS SQUAD!!

there is no known date when spigot plugins downloading will work.
if you can find a download for it from songoda or bukkit then just use that, but spigot plugins will not install until it's fixed
