. I could install only 2, and iit was difficult, because I had to choose many versions. Please make plugins for a all versions of minecraft and update more often, and your site good. Thank

Downloading plugins from https://spigotmc.org/ is currently not possible. Unfortunately the root cause is out of our control, so we can't really fix it.
We are working on a solution. There is no ETA when plugin download will work again.
Plugins from https://dev.bukkit.org/ or https://songoda.com/ should still work.
