ProtocolLib uninstalling itself

    I'm running a 1.15.2 Spigot / Bukkit server, and I'm using Ultra Customizer. Some features of it need ProtocolLib, but when I try to install it, it does the whole install animation without actually installing it. I go to my files page, it's not there. I start the server and open the Ultra Customizer menu, the feature is still locked. My server is offline, and I can install other plugins all the same, but ProtocolLib doesn't work.

    Downloading plugins from https://spigotmc.org is currently not possible. Unfortunately the root cause is out of our control, so we can't really fix it.

    We are working on a solution. There is no ETA when plugin download will work again.

    Plugins from https://dev.bukkit.org or https://songoda.com should still work.
