Server update, and plugins

Hello aternos team,

I have a bedrock server that I have updated to 1.14.60.5 and I have uploaded the world so it is back to normal. What is not back to normal is the plugins. For example, I had a few npc's with the slapper plugin, they are not there anymore. Right now it isn't a big deal, but later on, I will have more npc's and other items that i would like to keep even when i update to a newer versioin of minecraft. How can I prevent this from happening again?

I mean how do I update the server while keeping all the visual mods(like slapper npc's) and not getting them deleted?
