[00:46:29] [Server thread/WARN]: **** SERVER IS RUNNING IN OFFLINE/INSECURE MODE! Its in online mode, but at same time, the server is running on offline/insecure mode.

Offline mode has nothing to do with the server being actually online or offline.
Offline mode means that player authentication is disabled and people with cracked Minecraft can join the server.
You can control that with the cracked setting on the options page.

Wait some time and reconnect.
