Can't upload my world except when i delete region in my world folder

I wanted to upload a world that i made for a long time ago on aternos on another server but i can't because error 198. I already read many other question like this one but no one help me. I'm using edge and firefox, the time before the error is realy short, the bar isn't moving before the error, i already try to unpack- repack. I can upload my world but only if i delete the folder region in my world file. Please does someone have any issue for my problem?
