    Plugin name: TARDIS, TARDISChunkGenerator

    Description: TARDIS is a plugin that gives you the ability to create a Police Box that lets you time travel (teleport) to random locations. It adds a Whovian twist to the typical /sethome and /home commands.

    TARDISChunkGenerator has been updated to 1.14 and 1.15, however, they included it with the actual download of the TARDIS plugin, instead of having it as a seperate download.

    If it's included in the tardis plugin just download it. I don't understand the problem.
