server queque problem

can i get help?

if yes than problem is queque counter is stoped at sertain number and it shows even if server dith't started (server itself is working is only queque ischue). I appologise for bad english knowledge.

when i open the site at server menu it allways shows me a queque even is i dith't start server allways at 1585 but is not only visual i can press button stop but is not doing anything. my problem is i can't accsess my server beaucouse of it. thank you for your reply. hope is clear now (i think is somehow linked with that in my city they turned off the light. and than turned it on when i worked with my server),
