this is highly unprovable. As aternos is free and gives server to anyone, it means that it needs as much power as it cans to garantee a good experience for all players. If there are inactive servers with people in, some people would let the servers open with afk players in. Maybe for a night? Days? (Since this is useful for the progression of automated farms) wasting RAM, connection, space, increasing the queque for other servers and basically making more unstable the connection of aternos. Thats why it exists, to make servers active and not a waste of resources for others.
But, there is not an answer without a soultion, soooo... maybe you are interested in a clientside mod, or modified client that has an anti-afk system. These softwares or mods automatically makes the player wonder in place without you needing to be there. The server thinks you are actually moving by yourself and won't kick you out.
Or maybe if you wanna go a bit more redstony, there are some redstone machines that puts a player in constant movement. AntiAfk Machines. You could search up for some in PlanetMinecraft or youtube, whatever.
Well, See ya

If we find out that someone tries to bypass the AFK System we'll delete these Aternos accounts without warning.
