NOt wanting TNT to blow blocks up (would like entity damage)

Hi Everyone,

Is there a plugin for me to disable TNT Block Damage? I believe it can not be done in MineCraft itself.

Preferably, I would like this to apply to every explosion (as i have AdminPowertools with exploding arrows). AdminPowertools does provide this function (one time only, kind of) with its command /nuke. Is it possible to apply this to every explosion (exploding arrows, fireballs, TNT, etc?)
