Can you please add the Mod "Nether Mod"?

Nether Mod adds a bit of vegetation, some new blocks, making the nether more interesting. Now you can create that spooky discs that are already in the game, it also includes the crafting of almost all heads (player, zombie, skeleton, wither and creeper). It includes a new gem that can alternate time and an entire new dimension, The Deep Nether.
