Was internet searching to see any other forums about this plugin before (as it seemed rather useful) and found this thread: Head Database & Quality Minecraft Head Plugin(free)
The thread itself doesn't go very in depth to the plugin, only really listing the various commands and so forth.
The thread was closed as "[Aternos] can only add plugins from dev.bukkit.org or spigotmc.org," but the plugin has now been moved to spigotmc.org.

This would be really useful as it would enable bypassing console to get specific custom heads.
