[Plugin Request] CommandAPI

Could you please add the following plugin? :

Name : CommandAPI

Description : This API allows to create commands with simple methods and do not need implements class "CommandExecutor". CommandAPI is very simple to use!

I'd like you to add it because another plugin (BlockShufflePlugin) needs it to run correctly, i tried to import the .jar file in my server's files but I can't... So my last chance is to ask you directly.
