i created a new server, but when starting it and waiting, after a few minutes it goes offline again. This happens every time.
I am a new customer and i never worked with Aternos before.
Anyone who can tell me what is going on?

When u start it, do you press the confirm button?
If so that's what wrong.
If not, can you please share ur log?
btw customer is a funny way to put it.

There is a queue. you will need to confirm it before its 1 minute to start your server. if you did this, then you might have something wrong with your server like some plugin.

Its problay not the queue its uptime is around 3 minutes when it first starts so you need to be on it quick or it crashed i have been using aternos for a year now
