Hi, I saw a plugin at the Spigot website and wanted to add it to my server but it was not there, so I decided to create this thread.

Description: This plugin allows a player in a server to strike anyone by using a command "/oc". It functions very similar to the orbital cannon in GTA Online. I really think this is a pretty cool plugin and I want you guys to add this to the plugins list.
