Factions config file not appearing even after modifying massivecore

So I'm making a modded server using the factions plugin to play with some friends and would like to modify some of the config files to speed up the pace a bit. After starting the server the config file did not appear. I searched around the forum and found the solution of modifying the massivecore config file but even after following those instructions and the mstore folder appearing I still cant find the faction config files there. The only files in the folder are: massivecore_aspect, massivecore_mconf, massivecore_msponsorinfo, and massivecore_multiverse. I dont know what else to do and all other threads just point to the same solution that is not working for me.

I am playing in 1.12.2 and using Magma if that helps
