Help pls Aternos Team

hello I would like the team of aternos to help me, I have a vanilla server with 3 or 4 datapacks and it is unplayable, the datapacks do not cause that since if I remove them it goes the same, how do I solve it?

lag or ping I do not know, only that it is very stuck, so much that one hits a mob and takes 5 seconds to return to touch ground, also chunks never load. There are only 3 or 4 people inside the server
