    I'd really like if you guys had MCPC+/Cauldron/KCauldron/Thermos for 1.7.10, or maybe even Sponge for 1.8, since most of the good mods are on 1.8 or 1.7.10 and i really would like to play with plugins and mods, as maybe even other people would.

    As far as I know, all of the first you mentioned are heavily outdated and abandoned by now. Sponge may still have some developers, but it has their own plugins apart from spigot's and bukkit's and I don't think a lot of users would install it due to that.
