hi i have a question i did some reading and you need can download the worlds and copy and paste the plugin by hand but cant you just download your google drive and use that? and how can i move up versions in minecraft without haveing my server reset?

ok so you can't download your entire server from the site. only the worlds and then copy and paste the files. but if you make a backup with google drive can you download it from there?

No, you can't download it from google.
You should be able to update without losing anything, just always have a backup -
