ProjectKorra

I'm running ProjectKorra version 1.8.7 on a mince aft 1.15 server. My problem is that the abilities I'm using don't work properly. The cool downs activate, but no particles show up. It acts as if I'm using the ability but nothing happens. I remember I had this problem on an older server but cannot remember how I fixed it. Thanks in advance for help.
