Permissions : All commands with a prefix (ADMIN), permission is admin
other commands permission is nothing 
commands:
ADMIN /teamto : Set a team for a player
ADMIN /opbase : Teleport to a base (is set)
ADMIN /setbase : Set a base
ADMIN /teams : Get Teams Id and Name (for the others admin commands)
/getteam : Get the team of a player
/base : Teleport to your base
