Disabling graves mod

Since we can't edit configs of mods (unless we can and im just missing something) is it possible to disable the graves mod on sky odyssey or with a lot of modpacks in general some have commands but for the one sky odyssey uses it is located in the config file so i can't enter a command.

You can edit mod configs, just not modpack configs, because they are supposed to be configured by the authors. If the author disabled a command, blame him
