Technic CircleCraft Vanilla Plus Issues

Hello everyone, firstly I'm going to say sorry for my english, because I'am not an englishspeaker.

Secondly I would like to say sorry if I'm in the wrong place.

It's been 5hours since I'm trying to resolve an issue with my Aternos Server.

I've actually the modpack called Technic CircleCraft Vanilla Plus ( 2.5.3 ) but, when I run my serveur, and i OP myself and my girlfriend (With the console or playerlist) I still can't use any commands.

So if i sum up.

For the server I'm opped but when I use a command it says that I do not have the permissions.

Thanks for your help.

Gamemode a player actually works but not the tp command for example.

I've already tryed but nothing happen.

Yes, nothing happened ingame. I don't really know why

Its looks like a mod act like a plugin or the modpack installed plugins and they are superior than a simple /op, but I don't know how & where find those permissions.

EDIT : It is Nucleus but I still don't know how to have those rights.

EDIT2 : I created an OWNER role for the group OWNER but I don't know how to add myself in. So for the moment i use nucleus:tpa to tp myself to another player.
