Spigot Plugin And Bukkit Plugin

Hello , I heard that Aternos only accept Spigot Plugins But can u maybe Update that?

Because there some cool plugins that arent in aternos Here is a plugin that i really want in it :

Also Why cant Bukkit plugins als be added as well?
