Heads Plugin

I would like the Heads Database Plugin added to my plugins. The link to it is https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/head-database.14280/ I saw another person link this back in October., but they linked the site of the heads and not the spigot link. Edit: Forgot to mention PermissionEX https://www.spigotmc.org/resou…udes-permissionsex.69539/ for 1.15.2 on spigot.
