[Mod Request] Dynamic Trees - Totemic

Hey,

would you mind to add this compability mod? https://www.curseforge.com/min…ods/dynamic-trees-totemic

It's allows Totemic to work properly with Dynamic Trees (otherwise it's not possible to create required Red Cedar Trees). There are alreay many othere compability mods for Dynamic Trees available (11 if I've counted correctly), even from the same developer, but this one is still missing.
