i had recently asked for mcheli mod but it got declined. what was the reason for that?

It needs to be unzipped, which we can't do on our system.

The problem is that because it is a zip fiel our system tries to unzip it (wich is needed for things like essentialsX) but it is actually compiled source code.

If the mod author would upload it as jars sure but you cant just upload someone elses work somewhere
