Server closing

I just made a forge 1.12.2 server to play with my friends. We are only using one mod, and that is the Avatar 2 :Out of the iceberg mod. for some reason, whenever I start the server, it lasts for around 20 or 30 seconds before stopping itself. I looked in other threads and from my experience most other people have their server close before it fully starts. If anyone knows any possible fixes, or what my issue could be, help would be greatly appreciated.

the first time i didn't join but the server closed after 1 minute. The second time I did join and the server closed after around 1 minute. look at the time. This is an updated log from today https://mclo.gs/ejU4EgG
