You probably get an error that tells you to connect to the dynip.
If we would just "remove them" then you just wouldnt be able to connect.
There is an article linked that gives more information about why they exist and how you can use your normal ip in such cases

If you read and follow https://aternos.org/connect then it wont shoe up in the motd for you

That's a mistake on your side, being your DNS. Change it to a performant one like Google and see that problem disappear
