Premium users using skins on cracked server

    So i have a premium minecraft account but my friends dont so when i start a vanilla cracked server i dont have my skin is there a way to let premium users have their skins on cracked server?How do these popular cracked servers make it so premium users and cracked users with premium account username have their skin?Is it a plugin or it should let me have my skin but the server is broken or is that how cracked servers are?Can someone help please
