Try getting rid of that mod (Torch Slab Mod) and see if it works.
Edit: Can you remove the Modpack and see if that works.

You can't remove mods in modpacks..
If there's a problem with a mod in the modpack it's something you'll have to report to the mod or modpack author. Otherwise I'll check the logs out later when they load for me

No. It just takes too long to start. I wonder if you even looked at the log?

It throws tons of errors while the server is loading, ofc I read the log from top to bottom. Also I said the mod has the problem doesn't mean it is the reason why it stops or crashes.
