Currently, there is no possible way to add NBS songs for the BlockParty minigame or for the Jukebox plugin. You can't upload NBS files, you can only ADD them as a new file which is basically useless.

There is, however it isn't for NBS songs, it's for songs that can be played by the WEB player, not the ingame one. And I can't upload songs to that one either.

Nope. Because:
1) it isn't for NBS files as I mentioned earlier. It's for other file formats.
2) the upload button doesn't even show at all -
