EssentialsX Permissions and Spawn protections

So like, I'm new to plugins and all that so I have no idea what I'm doing. I got EssentialsX and only ops can use any command, and I would like to make little things like /sethome where it can be used by everyone. I also want to set the spawn protections to 0 or disable it completely if that's possible, please help ;-;
